History

It is a true story of family and passion that spans centuries.

In the 17th century, the hotel was a pendulum wheel mill exclusively used to grind the wheat of the vassals of the Baronnie. Often very wealthy, the millers, who were the necessary intermediaries between the local nobility and the peasants, were the first to be attacked during floods or in times of war.
